- Medical content in the app is for education only and isn’t a substitute for professional advice.
Quick Troubleshooting
- Make sure you’re on the latest app version (App Store ➜ Updates).
- Log out and back in if data looks out of date.
- Check internet connectivity and retry.
- Push notifications: ensure they’re enabled in device settings for OurGLP1.
- If an error persists, see “Report a Bug” below.
Subscriptions & Billing
- Purchases and subscriptions are managed by your app store account.
- For billing questions or refunds, contact us first at support@ourglp1.com.
- If needed, you can also request refunds via Apple/Google support policies.
Push Notifications
- Enable notifications: Device Settings ➜ OurGLP1 ➜ Notifications.
- In-app: make sure reminders are turned on for the items you want.
- If notifications stopped: open the app once while online to refresh your push token.
Data Access & Deletion
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@ourglp1.com. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Report a Bug
When you email support, including the details below helps us fix issues faster:
- Steps to reproduce the problem
- What you expected vs. what happened
- Screenshot or screen recording (if possible)
- Your device model and OS version
- App version (see “About & Version” below)
- Date/time when it happened
About & Version
You can usually find the app version in the app’s Settings ➜ About. Include this when contacting support.
